First of all, I will thank you very much for your assistance during our tour and stay in Vietnam and Cambodia. We really enjoyed the whole trip.

I will say, that your country with all residents in Vietnam where very friendly. We had a great time and maybe I will come back again in the future.

Our flight back was on time to. We have had a Stop in Bangkok and Dubai. We arrived Germany healthy but right now the weather is so terrible and it is raining and snowing again, I wish I had could stay longer in the south of Vietnam.

We really enjoyed the tour that your put together for us.  The Vietnam portion was very good and the Siem Reap portion was fantastic.  The hotels were fabulous and the information we received and the tours were some of the best we ever had.

The tour guide in Siem Reap was  the VERY BEST of all our guides.  He was the most knowledgeable and the most helpful.  He answered every question and went far beyond his job in recommendations and assistance.

I would like to make one small recommendation for you.  The forms we complete after every tour (the satisfaction forms) should be kept PRIVATE.  We know the tour guide will read this form and therefore we are not honest in our answers.  If they were kept "private", like SEALED in an envelope, we would be more honest.  Thus you would get better information.  It is very hard to criticize a tour guide if we know he is going to read the form, maybe even read it before we leave the guide.

I would recommend you to everyone.  We compared prices with General Tours, who we have used many times, and you were 25% less in cost.  You delivered all that you promised and even more.  We were very, very impressed and we travel extensively.

We just got back to Toronto from Vietnam and Cambodia. We are very leased with the services arranged for us. The Hotels, Zephyr in Hanoi, Duxton in Saigon and Prince D'Angkor in Siem Reap were good quality 4 star accommodations. They were centrally located in the Downtown area and Hoi an easy walking distance to many interesting places. The Breakfast in the Hotels were very good and the Lunch and Dinners arranged in local restaurants were also excellent.
Our trip to Halong Bay was awesome and the Lunch on the junk boat was excellent.

Your English speaking guides and drivers were punctual, courteous, informative and went out of their way to make our stay in each place very pleasant.

The boat trip to Halong Bay was perfect with a very comfortable boat (good accommodation, good food, good service) and good weather.
It was a beautiful place and we particularly enjoyed the kayaking in the outer islands where we managed to loose most of the other boats.
Quang the guide was very good.

The trip walking at Sapa we also enjoyed but the weather wasn't quite so kind as it was cloudy.
However we enjoyed our walks through the mountain villages and Thuy did a great job looking after us and cooking our picnics.

Our group had the most wonderful time, your country is well worth seeing and I cannot commend your efforts and Viet Vision Travel  for a well organized trip. kayaking on Halong bay, we didn't get to do This, we were told that the
