DETAIL ITINERARY:

Day 1. Arrival – Saigon

Upon arrival at Saigon airport, you will be welcome by a guide from Viet Vision Travel and transferred to our hotel in the center of Saigon. Once there you will be at your leisure and have time to relax.

Day 2. Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels – Saigon

Vietnam vacation In the morning, we will leave Saigon for the Cu Chi tunnels, otherwise known as the "Iron Triangle" or "Iron Land". On our way there, we will drive through pleasant countryside; rubber plantations and rice paddies. Before entering the tunnels, we will see a short introductory video showing how they were constructed, followed by an exploration of the maze of tunnels, some of which have been widened to allow tourist access. After that, we will go back to Saigon for lunch. Then we will explore the highlights of Saigon including Notre Dame Cathedral, the General Post Office, the Formal Presidential Palace and the Museum of War Remnants in the afternoon. Day 3. Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon

Leaving busy Ho Chi Minh City early in the morning, we drive to Cai Be, boat through the busy floating market for seeing how people of lower Mekong Delta do business on the water. We then cruise through the lush green vegetation of the canals to an orchard, where we are treated to a delicious lunch complete with tropical fruits. After lunch, we keep on cruising along river to see peaceful tranquil life of villagers, admire marvelous natural setting of Mekong Delta region. About 03:00PM, the boat wills arrival at Vinh Long Market, walking around to explore Vinh Long Market. On the way back to Ho Chi Minh with stop at Bonsai Garden. Arrival at your hotel in the late evening. Today breakfast included

Day 4. Saigon – Da Nang – Hoi An

We take the morning flight to Danang then visit the Cham Museum in Danang, where there is a display of fine artifacts of the Cham people. We then visit China beach and a marble crafting village. Later we will explore the charming little township of Hoi An with its old houses and temples. We will stay overnight at a hotel in Danang. Today breakfast included

Day 5. Hoi An – My Son – Hoi An

Vietnam vacation We drive to visit the holy land My Son. This is a former capital of the ancient Cham civilization that ruled central Vietnam. It is one of four World Heritage listed sites in Vietnam. At the end of the day you will be at your leisure to do your endless shopping in Hoi An. Overnight stay in Hoi An Today breakfast included

Day 6. Hoi An

In the morning, we can enjoy the walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Old town, visit FuKien assembly hall, the 200-year-old Tan Ky house, the Japanese cover bridge, Hoi An Museum, and the handcraft workshops. Today breakfast included

Day 7. Hoi An – Hue

We embark on a Northern bound journey to Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam. On the way, we stop on the spectacular Hai Van Pass. The journey takes about 5 hours. In the afternoon, we will have our first glimpse of Hue to visit the Forbidden Purple City and Dong Ba market. Tonight we will join the Traditional Music show in the boat on the Perfume Pagoda. Day 8. Hue – Ha Noi

Today in the morning, we will take a boat cruise on the Perfume River to visit the picturesque Thien Mu, or Heavenly Lady Pagoda. Also worth visiting are the tombs of the former Emperors Minh Mang. After lunch, we will take flight to Hanoi.

Day 9. Hanoi – Ha Long bay (Overnight on the deluxe junk)

We depart Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, which is now one of four World Heritage-listed sites in Vietnam. Upon arriving in Ha Long City, we transfer to our private boat for an amazing cruise of Ha Long Bay, and if the weather permits, we will have the opportunity for a swim in the crystalline emerald waters. The trip would not be completed without a sumptuous seafood lunch on board. Dinner will be served and you will spend overnight on board

Day 10. Ha Long bay – Hanoi

Vietnam vacation Rising early you can hear the sound of the ocean coming to life for another lovely day. We will have our breakfast over sunrise before more exploration of Ha Long bay by junk and then by rowing boat to the lagoons. We will visit Luon cave, and the floating villages. We then sail to explore the Bay and have a fresh seafood lunch on board before approaching Ha Long wharf. We will return to Hanoi at around 03:00PM. There is an overnight at a hotel in Hanoi.

Day 11. Ha Noi – City tour

Our trip starting from your hotel to Ho Chi Minh Complex, where we will spend a couple of hour to visit: Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh museum and one pillar pagoda. Keep going to see the Temple of Literature. Lunch will be served “Cha Ca” famous Hanoi cuisine. After lunch, we will visit one of the most interesting museums in Vietnam; Museum of Ethnology, Following by that we will wander around the city by car to see the real life of Hanoian as well as the difference parts the city. After that we will take one-hour cyclo around the Old Quarter Before we go back to hotel: we will have chance enjoy the unique Water Puppet show. Hear the Vietnamese traditional instruments and singing from the live musicians who play throughout the show. Moreover, it had its moments, there are different stories, mostly enacting historical events or slice of Vietnamese rural life... Farmers in their fields.

Day 12. Ha Noi – Ha Tay – Ha Noi

In the morning we travel to the west of Hanoi to visit Duong Lam village, a purely agricultural village of the Northern Red River delta where still preserve many hundred-year-old houses. It will be your unique experience as you walk along tiny ancient alleys; visit Mong Phu temple in Mong Phu hamlet - the only hamlet whose original village entrance gate remains intact, dedicated to national heroes. Have some talks with the locals in their ancient houses by visiting the ancient houses of Mr Lam, Mr Ha and Mr Huyen. In the afternoon we continue driving to visit Mia Pagoda (other hamlet in Duong Lam village), is built in 15 th century and admire 287 statues of all sizes, among with are famous sculpture such as the statue of Buddha in the Himalayas and the statues of the Eight Vajra Deities. Then visit Ngo Quyen temple and Phung Hung temple, places dedicated to two national heroes Ngo Quyen and Phung Hung. We will be back to hotel in Hanoi about 5 pm

Day 13. Ha Noi – Siem Reap

Vietnam vacation Up on arrival in Siem Reap we transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we visit the Roluos Group, which includes the three temples: Preahko, Loile, and the mountain-temple of Pre Rup. This evening we will go to the fine restaurant in town for our Welcome dinner. After that we can walk along the town to see the local people do their business at night. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 14. Siem Reap

Today, after breakfast, we will start our visit of the amazing temples complex of Angkor. We will begin to explore the complex of Angkor Thom. The most important monuments are located in the centre of the city, namely the Bayon, the Baphoun and the Terrace of Elephants. The numerous other structures of this fortified city are the Terrace of the Leper King, the Phimeanakas, Preah Palilay, Tepranom, Preah Pithu, North & South Kleang and Prasat Sour Prot. Then, we will visit Ta Prohm. The principal singularity of Ta Phrom is that it has not been cleared from the thick jungle, as the rest of the Angkor Complex has been. This afternoon we will visit Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is located about six kilometers north of Siem Reap, south of Angkor Thom. It is a largest monument of the Angkor Group and the best preserved and it is an architectural masterpiece. Its perfection in composition, balance, proportions, relief’s and sculpture make it one of the finest monuments in the world. In the end of afternoon, we will enjoy sunset at the hilltop temple of Phnom Bakheng. Overnight in the hotel in Siem Reap.
