Day 1: Saigon - Cai Be Town - Vinh Long (L, D)
The guide will meet you from the hotel lobby, then transfer to Cai Be town, where you will start to get on Sampan boat, enjoy cruising along river to see nice scenery on two riversides, life on the water, pop rice, rice paper, coconut candy making.
Back on the boat, keep riding to An Binh Island, local family here will host you with beautiful Vietnamese foods. Rest for a little then embrace the bicycle start enjoy slow riding to around villages of An Binh Island (Vinh Long) on the cement road through fruit garden, in the shade of trees, along canals, check-in homestay on the island. This evening you will have a chance to do a cooking lesson and chatting with the family.

Day 2: Vinh Long - Can Tho (B, L, D)
Having breakfast and farewell to the local family, take a short boat ride to Vinh Long town. Today, enjoy cycling along the countryside road, through many villages, cross rice paddy field, this is a great chance to take southern culture experiences and actual how is real daily life activities of farmers. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant in Tam Binh district, the following ride is the rest of 25 Km, then cross Hau Giang river. Arrive in Can Tho city, check-in hotel and take a rest before having dinner.

Day 3: Can Tho - Saigon (B, L)
Today, you should get up early for visiting the floating market of Cai Rang in time; fascinate by the bustle and very vibrant sounds of the produce market taking place on the water. Then cruise back to Can Tho city. Having breakfast in the hotel then check out, you riding the next destination of Binh Thuy Ancient house, on the way there enjoy sightseeing beautiful scenery of the rural region, and chatting with local cycling mate.
