BRIEF ITINERARY
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival – Half-day City Tour
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnel – Fly to Siem Reap

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival – Half Day City Tour (D)
Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, we will be welcome at the airport by Viet Vision Travel’s tour guide and then transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, we visit the Reunification Palace, the former Presidential Palace for the president of the South of Vietnam. After that, we will explore the War Remnant Museum, where we can see countless artifacts, photographs, and pictures documenting the second Indochina war. We also stop at Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office to get good shots for our memory of the big, modern city of Vietnam.
In the evening, enjoy our welcome dinner at a fine local restaurant in town. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta (B, L)
Early start at Ho Chi Minh city for 2-hour vehicle riding to arrival at little town of Cai Be, where our boat trip start to pass through floating market, viewing the people of Mekong Delta are doing business on the water, gliding through the lush green vegetation of the canals, reach to an orchard for a delicious local lunch with completely tropical fruits.
After lunch, we keep on cruising along the river to see the peaceful tranquil life of villagers admire the marvelous natural setting of Mekong Delta region. About 03:00 PM, the boat will arrive in Vinh Long town, we walk around to explore the local market of Vinh Long then going back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnel – Fly to Siem Reap (B, D)
After breakfast, we check out then transfer to Cu Chi Tunnel where is located in the Cu Chi District of Ho Chi Minh city. The tunnels were used by Viet Cong guerrillas as hiding spots during combat, as well as serving as communication and supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon caches and living quarters for numerous guerrilla fighters.
Before entering the tunnels, we will see a short introductory video showing how they were constructed; then we will have an exploration of the maze of tunnels. We will visit the safe part of the tunnel system which may be made larger and lightening.
Above-ground attractions include caged monkeys, a vendor selling souvenir, and a shooting range where we can fire a number of assault rifles, such as the M16 rifle or AK-47, as well as a light machine gun like the M60.
This afternoon, we take to flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival will be met and transfer to your hotel for checking in. This evening at 05:00 PM local time, enjoy with sunset on the hilltop of Phnom Bakheng and then enjoy dinner at a fine local restaurant in town. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 4: Angkor Temple Complex - Siem Reap Nightlife (B)
This morning we explore Angkor Thom complex the site of the ancient capital of the Khmer period. Visit the South Gate, Bayon Temple, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of Leper King. Continue to discover Ta Prohm, which many deemed the most charming of all the temples. Spend the full afternoon exploring the main Angkor Wat Temple and enjoying with the nightlife in Siem Reap from exploring the Night Market and Pub Street.
Day 5: Siem Reap Departure (B)
You will be free at your leisure, till your airport departure transfer. Vietnam and Cambodia tour in 5 days ends. See you again in the next Vietnam tour packages.
