Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay (Overnight on Junk Cruise) (L, D)
Farewell Hanoi, travel to Tuan Chau Island to take your memorable 3-day trip on the luxury cruise ship. Driving along the Red River Delta, gain a view of Vietnamese farmers as well as their daily lives. Later, meet the cruise team and enjoy the welcome drink on the romantic cruise, then check into the special room which is made for only a honeymoon couple. Following, have lunch at the sea-view restaurant on the top floor while cruising deeper into the Bay.
Start our activities with a sampan trip to the Cua Van fishing village, a stand-out example of a tourism-based community and sustainable tourism in Halong Bay. Next, visit a village school, fish farm, and local fishing museum; or kayak to explore the hidden corners of Halong Bay. Rest of the day, enjoy the sunset on the sundeck and enjoy the happy hour before having a scrumptious dinner in the fine dining room or on your private balcony.
Day 2: Halong Bay (Overnight on Junk Cruise) (B, L, D)
Good morning sunshine by a traditional Taichi class on the sundeck instructed by an experienced master. After breakfast, a private boat will take you to Dau Be point which is on the furthest side of Halong Bay. It is famous for its tunnel lagoons, crystal waters, and secluded beaches... The highlight of the day will be kayaking through the spectacular tunnels and secret lagoon. The boat will be anchored close to a beautiful beach for swimming or enjoying the beach after our seafood lunch served in the middle of the day. Before boating on the cruise, visit a local fish farm, and do more kayaking or laziness on the beach. Dinner today is served inside a magnificent cave that brings you and your beloved unforgettable memories.
Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
Join Taichi again in the early morning today and have breakfast before visiting the Me Cung cave. The cave has been recognized by archaeologists as one of the vestiges of the pre-Halong new Stone Age culture that existed nearly 10,000 years ago. After a narrow crack only allowing one person through at a time, many partitions appear. These chambers are somewhat small and narrow, but very refined and with many stalagmites and stalactites bearing beautiful forms. By the end of the walk, the panoramic view of Halong Bay is well deserved. After the cave, boat back to the cruise and check out, and enjoy the last brunch while cruising to Tuan Chau pier where our awaiting vehicle takes us back to Hanoi. Trip ends.
