Full Itinerary
Day 1: Danang Arrival (D)
On arrival at Da Nang International airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel in town, if time permits, visit Cham Museum – the house of the complete collection if Cham Artifacts anywhere in the world and the Marble Mountain – the five elements of the Universe (water, wood, air, fire, and earth). Tonight you are transferred out for welcome dinner at a nice restaurant in Da Nang. Overnight in Da Nang.
Day 2: Danang - Hue- Danang (B, L)
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to Hue, upon arrival, visit the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City then have lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, go to the wharf where you will cruise along the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda (The Heavenly Lady Pagoda), from here you can enjoy a very nice view of the Perfume River and its surroundings. And then take our vehicle to Tu Duc King's tomb, which is one of the most beautiful works of Royal Architecture of the Nguyen Dynasty. The tomb lies in a boundless pine forest. Later, go back to Da Nang in the late afternoon. Overnight in Da Nang.
Day 3: Danang - My Son - Hoi An - Danang (B, L)
In the morning, leave Da Nang for My Son Sanctuary, located 69 km southwest of Danang, which was an imperial city during the Cham dynasty; My Son is the former capital of the ancient Cham civilization that ruled Central Vietnam from the second to the thirteenth century. Their religion was primarily derived from Indian Hinduism. My Son is considered to be one of the best-preserved Cham structures in Vietnam.
The complex is comprised of seventy Hindu-like towers and temples dating from the second century. My Son Sanctuary is a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 70 architectural works. They include temples and towers that connect to each other with complicated red brick designs. The main component of the Cham architectural design is the tower, built to reflect the divinity of the King. We will stay in the complex for about 2 hours for visiting then go to Hoi An for lunch.
In the afternoon, start a walking tour around the ancient town to visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Pottery Museum, Tan Ky old house, the Cantonese congregation, the silk street of Hoi An, the temples, and pagodas of Chinese appearance. Transfer back to Da Nang. Overnight in Da Nang.
Day 4: Danang Departure (B)
Free until transfer to the airport for the flight back home. End of services.
