Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)
On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, you will be our Viet Vision Travel’s guide and driver then transfer to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is your leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi by Jeep Tour (B)
Hanoi Jeep Tour is a fun way to experience the sights, smells, and tastes of Hanoi not like a trip through the window of a mundane air-con car. After breakfast, you will be greeted by our guide and driver at your hotel in and around Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Pass by and stop at the must-see places of our beautiful city such as the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, the Mecca of Vietnamese, Tran Quoc pagoda, the Temple of Literature, and the historical train street.
This afternoon, visit the peaceful and alluring out-skirt villages surrounding West Lake and Truc Bach Lake to enrich your experiences about the contrast in life harmony between the city center and her out-skirt, as well as to experience Hanoi's hidden tranquility. Stop at different authentic restaurants, eateries, and food stalls to savor the tastiest of the tasty dishes of Hanoi, including family heirlooms and secret recipe dishes, local delicacies, and specialties. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight Cruise (B, L, D)
Leaving Hanoi for departure to Halong Bay. Arrival in Halong, followed by a short period of relaxation before lunch with traditional Vietnamese seafood while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay and admiring the Bay's fascinating formations. Enjoy swimming in the crystal water.
Later, explore the well-hidden Thien Canh Son Cave then take a short cruise to Hon Co Island where you can enjoy relaxing on a white sandy beach, swimming, or kayaking. Back to junk for relaxing and behold the magnificent sunset. Have dinner and an overnight cruise.
Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
Greet the day with an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay and view of Bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in the fresh air. Visit Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic rowboat, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and fish farms.
More time for swimming in the middle of the bay. Start cruising towards the harbor while an A la carte lunch is served. The boat arrives at the harbor by noon for a drive back to Hanoi. The rest of the day is your leisure to explore the city. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi - Yen Bai - Tu Le Le Champ (B, L, D)
Today we leave Hanoi for Yen Bai. On the way, stop over at some places to visit small villages and take photos. After the long drive, take a short walk around Yen Bai to view picturesque landscapes. Enjoy the cuisine with a Northwest Highlands flavor. Overnight at Tu Le Le Champ Resort Hot Spring and Spa.
Day 6: Tu Le (B, L, D)
A delegation to visit Tu Le is comparable to a stunning mountain girl. Beautiful from the three-story slope hill that marks the region's beginning, sky-high with clouds on the dangerous cliffs, wild mountains, and full of enigmatic arrogance. The small wooden houses look wonderful from the isolated fields on the steep mountainside, hidden in the middle of the sky. Free time and access to resort amenities at Le Champ Tu Le (infinity pool, hot spring bath...). Overnight at Tu Le Le Champ.
Day 7: Tu Le - Mu Cang Chai – Sapa (B, L, D)
After breakfast, continue the journey to Mu Cang Chai. Traveling through Khau Pha Pass-one of the four great peaks, to admire the scenery. To get to Mu Cang Chai town, you climb the mountain to visit and take pictures of the terraced fields of La Pan Tan commune, which has the most magnificent terraced fields in Mu Cang Chai.Depart for Sapa through O Quy Ho Pass, one of the four great peaks of the pass. Having dinner at a restaurant serving Northwest Mountain specialties such as ban pig, Muong Hoa stream fish, and wild veggies. Drinking and enjoying a glass of fragrant apple cider in the cold air will provide you with a relaxing and memorable experience. Free to explore the Sapa night market with its food streets full of attractive dishes and colorful brocade shops. Overnight in Sapa.
Day 8: Sapa - Trekking Village – Sapa Homestay (B, L, D)
First, sneak through the market and leave the busy town behind. After a few minutes, we will follow a road downhill to Cat Cat village. On the way, stop at a waterfall and a hydroelectric station for a while before trekking on a dirt trail through rice paddy terraces. Enjoy spectacular scenery while walking along a narrow river. Arriving in Y Linh Ho village of Black Hmong minority where take a rest and have lunch nearby the river.Later, head to Cat Cat Village. After lunch, head to Muong Hoa valley, pass through Lao Chai village of the Black Hmong minority and then Ta Van village of the Giay minority by following a very popular trekking route. We will spend the night at the Sapa Homestay.
Day 9: Sapa - Fansipan - Lai Chau (B, L, D)
In the morning, transport to the cable car station where preparation for the adventure to conquer Fansipan. The cable car brings you to an elevation of 2800 m above sea level, from which you can trek to the peak of 3143 m. Standing on the summit of Fansipan, experiencing the cold breeze and fresh air, and taking in the panoramic view of Sapa's charming town and the majestic Hoang Lien Son range is a memorable experience.
En route to Lai Chau, stop to rest and take pictures with the Tam Duong stream, which flows all year round. When arriving in Lai Chau, check into a hotel to rest before visiting and photographing the Lai Chau City Center Square and Uncle Ho's monument. Overnight in Lai Chau.
Day 10: Lai Chau - Dien Bien Phu (B, L, D)
Leave in the early morning and head to Dien Bien Phu. On the way, visit the resettlement area of Thai ethnic people in Muong Lay town and the Lai Chau hydropower reservoir, a large hydroelectric project upstream of the Da River in the territory of Vietnam. Arrive in Dien Bien Phu, have lunch, and take a rest at the hotel.
Take a leisurely walk through the Dien Bien Victory Monument, the symbol of Dien Bien Phu city, and view Muong Thanh Field from above. Overnight in Dien Bien Phu.
Day 11: Dien Bien Phu - Son La - Moc Chau (B, L, D)
The drive continues to Moc Chau, stopping in Yen Chau along the way to rest and purchase some lonely garlic as a gift. Arriving in Moc Chau, explore the nearby Ang village pine forest eco-tourism area, take pictures with the white canola flowers that are in bloom, and go to the heart tea hill and the vast green tea fields. One of the well-known brands of tea that are produced here using local materials is oolong tea. Enjoy dinner and spend the night in Moc Chau.
Day 12: Moc Chau - Mai Chau (B, L, D)
On the road to Mai Chau, visit the Hmong village in the peaceful and picturesque atmosphere of a little valley and shoot pictures outdoors. Time at leisure to immerse yourself in the culture of Lac, and Naphon villages and learn about the local way of life. Come closer to rice fields, village lanes, and houses on stilts and very friendly people. After dinner, enjoy the traditional Thai Dance in the night music performance. Overnight in the homestay house on stilts in Mai Chau Valley.
Day 13: Mai Chau – Hanoi (B, L, D)
Enjoy the fresh air with a simple breakfast with the host then visit the local markets and some other villages nearby. After farewell lunch, travel back to Hanoi. In the evening, reach the theater in Hanoi for enjoying the traditional water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 14: Hanoi Free (B)
